At Monstritos, each of our plushies is handcrafted, following each client's specifications and instructions to create a unique product.
In accordance with Article 103.c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, regarding the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal (return due to change of mind) does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Therefore, as these are made-to-order products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the manufacturing process has begun, unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
If the plush toy received has an obvious manufacturing defect or an error in the requested customization (for example, an error in an embroidered name), you are entitled to repair or replacement at no cost.
As these are handmade products, slight variations may exist between the design and the final product, which is part of the artisanal value of the piece.
Likewise, the color of the materials is not considered a valid reason for return. Tones may vary from what is seen in photographs due to lighting at the time of shooting, supplier material dye lots, and especially the color calibration of each screen or mobile device.
If upon receiving the package you notice that the packaging is damaged or tampered with, please note it on the carrier's delivery note and contact us immediately.
