Monstritos provides custom artwork services based on photographs and descriptions provided by you. By submitting photos, you represent and warrant that you have the right to use such photos and that they do not infringe the rights of any third party.
Please note that artistic interpretation is subjective. While we strive to capture the essence of your subject in our unique style, the final result is an artistic representation and may vary from your exact expectations.
All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We use secure third-party payment processors (Stripe) to handle transactions.
We aim to process and ship your custom order within the timeframe specified on our website. However, delays may occur. Shipping times vary depending on your location. We use standard shipping services and are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs processes.
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the artistic process has begun. We cannot accept returns on personalized items.
However, if your item arrives damaged or if there is a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong size sent), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@monstritos.com with photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve it.
Your License to Us: By uploading your photos, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them for the purpose of creating your artwork. You also grant us permission to display the final artwork and your original photo in our portfolio and social media for marketing purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise.
Our License to You: You own the physical print of the artwork. We retain the copyright to the digital artwork created. You act has a personal, non-commercial license to display the artwork. You may not reproduce, resell, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without our written consent.
In no event shall Monstritos be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our website or products.
We reserve the right to modify these Experience Terms at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site.
